Leading digital delivery on Adobe Experience Manager for enterprise clients including OTPP, Fidelity, CI Financial, Boston Pizza, CARFAX, and CNIB. Working at enterprise scale shifted my perspective from building things to making sure the right things get built. I moved from frontend development into leading projects end to end: shaping requirements, coordinating teams, and presenting strategy to senior leadership. The technical work still mattered, reusable component libraries, WCAG 2.1 AA compliance, large scale cloud migrations, but the bigger lesson was learning to bridge the gap between what stakeholders need and what engineering teams deliver.
